Delete your Alagaya account and data

You can request deletion whether you registered with email, Google or Facebook.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@alagaya.com from the address connected to your Alagaya account.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Alagaya account”. Do not send a password or identity document unless our support team specifically requests a secure verification step.
3. We will verify the request and confirm when the deletion has been completed.

What is deleted

The request covers the Alagaya authentication account, profile, saved CV information, applications, invitations and consent preferences associated with the account. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling or legal obligations, and backups expire through their normal protected lifecycle.

If you only want to disconnect Google or Facebook, you can also remove Alagaya from the connected-app settings in that provider account.
