Delete account

Sign in to your own Alagaya account, then open Profile → Settings and safety → Delete account. Read the information and deliberately confirm your request. No app installation is required — the same flow works in your browser.

We will erase your sign-in account, profile, CV/files, preferences, consents, your listing/service content and messages you sent. Unused free credits and your wallet will be erased, not transferred. Other people’s messages and minimal shared booking/commitment history remain without your account identity. Active commitments may need to be resolved first. An operator will process your request or give a reasoned response within 30 days. A specific legal obligation may require limited retention of identified data; you will be told the reason and review date. Minimal completion evidence is retained for 90 days. This is not just account deactivation.
