Alagaya is a MARAL project that helps people find and organise local work in France. Questions about this notice or personal data can be sent to support@alagaya.com.

Data we use

We may process account details, contact information, consent records, CV and work-profile information, job posts, applications, invitations, private safety reports, approximate location or a city supplied by you, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

Why we use it

We use necessary data to create accounts, provide job and community features, match nearby work, deliver security and support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal duties. Personalised advertising data is used only when you give optional consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Service providers and sources

Alagaya uses Cloudflare for website delivery and security and Supabase for authentication and database services. Google and Meta are used only when you choose their sign-in option. External job listings remain subject to the original publisher's terms.

Sharing and retention

Candidate contact details and a full CV are not shared with an employer until the candidate accepts an invitation or chooses to apply. Data is kept only as long as needed for the service, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Routine backups may take additional time to expire.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, restriction, portability or deletion, object to certain processing, and withdraw optional consent. You may also complain to the CNIL. To make a request, email us from your registered address or follow the data deletion instructions.
